These allegations against Karan Johar

The case was heard by Judge MC Jha of the Civil Court Special Commercial Court. During the hearing of the case, the plaintiff’s lawyer told the court that Karan Johar, the director of the Hindi film, made the film Jug Jug Jio by stealing the story of Vishal Singh from Ranchi, that is i.e. his client. When the trailer for the film was released on May 22, he learned that it was his story that was stolen from him. Vishal Singh sent him this story earlier, but he returned it and has now secretly made a movie about the same story.

Vishal Singh says he had sent his story “Pani Rani” to Karan Johar earlier. Karan Johar had returned after reading his story and script. About this story, he said it was not for his use. After that, he filed a claim against Dharma Production in Ranchi Civil Court for violating the Copyright Act 1957 and making a movie by stealing his story without his knowledge. Now, this whole case will be screened in the special court in Ranchi on June 21 and it will be seen whether the story of the film was stolen or not.
